I’ve never read up on it, all I know is through osmosis: The way to the revolution is global nuclear war to wipe out existing society and also so the aliens will notice us and help us do space communism with dolphins. Or the dolphins are the aliens, idunno.
That as a concept is so absurd it’s funny, to me at least, so I think the thing itself is the joke, that or the unexpected way it’s being referenced or whatever, idk I’m not a comedy scientist
