Clean cut white dudes from the midwest who drop facts and inform me. They will talk about liberation movements throughout the world from time to time but YOU KNOW they are sweating on the inside to make sure they don’t exhibit ‘midwestern guy with fish on dating profile’ and other white guy energy stuff.

As someone from a non major city but not small town east coast metropolitan area who no longer lives there and is constantly concerned and annoyed as being perceived as midwestern, this resonates.
