I have pretty free reign over course materials. Teaching English, currently working on breaking down informational texts, with a thematic focus on ‘people who have made a difference’. The suggested options are ridiculous.

I think there are translated copies of the Zapatista kids book, the Story of Colours. Not sure what age range its geared at, though.

I’d check out the school for Chiapas website that sells the Zapatista coffee. Last time I checked it looked like they had a links for lesson plans and other educational tools, but I haven’t really gone through them all so I’m not sure how helpful they actually be.
