Yeah, I don’t know shit about copyright laws, I think it should be ok, but idk.
AFAIK the only thing they can get your for with regards to a domain name is “cyber squatting”, which is where you buy the name of a brand or celebrity with the intention of selling it to them at a massively inflated price when they want to use it for a website.
So maybe if they ever decide to make a Shrekland in real life, you’d get a letter from a lawyer, but also in this hypothetical you can demonstrate that you never had any intention of using the domain to extort Dreamworks, so you would have a good case assuming you can afford to go to court if they pursue it.
