Just been reading about this. My takeaway, and what the fuck do I know, was that any concerns (if they are even legit) about the Russian vaccine relate to the production process, not the work done by the institute that created the vaccine or the science behind it. The fact that the Russians are willing to license the vaccine freely, I think, to allow other countries to manufacture it, backs up this interpetation. Someone with seemingly credible credentials said this.

liberals love international organizations so you can defend against this by telling them Russia is part of the WHO and they signed off on it, make them accept the WHO’s legitimatcy or go mask off on the evil russkies.
