They had a voice actor last season (not a nobody either, H. Jon Benjamin), so it wouldn’t surprise me.

I think it’s just random clips of semi-relevant stuff? It doesn’t sound like Nixon, and to me it really sounds like movie acting from the 50s to mid 60s.
