I wonder how these businesses will be punished. What do you think? My guess they’ll have to pay half the stolen wages and that’s it

10 years ago I was earning $2.13/hour as a tipped wage earner. Employers are “supposed” to give you the regular minimum wage if your tips don’t make up for it, but I imagine a lot don’t, and I imagine this happens in every state with similar tipped wages

we may have to start making excuses for the lack of terror
But remember, it is China that routinely underpays their workers, I know because I watched several documentaries on it in highschool and college.
