Non stick cookware is toxic. I’ll never use it. Those poor workers. Stainless steel pans forever.
Yeah the coated non-stick cookware is bad, but stainless steel you can never get it to be non stick. Carbon steel or cast iron is better, the more you use it, a patina layer builds up that makes it naturally non stick, this is what they call seasoning your cookware.
