It’s all bread and circuses from republicans who are trying to appear “strong” for their constituents. It’s all a sham.
I expect that we’ll see some dirty laundry aired, and I imagine the whole point is to embarrass Biden ahead of the election next year. One obvious angle they can take is to dig into Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine and if they can connect that directly to Biden, then they can argue that he’s compromised and the whole war was a result of a corrupt president running it for personal interest. Republicans just mad they aren’t the ones getting to give the genocide orders. In the end times the Dems and Pubs will be fighting over who gets to launch the nukes.
