To quote one of the comments
To the Americans, Afghans are treated worse than their dogs. Afghan’s lives means nothing to them.
In a few years, this will be one of those really terrible tragic things that happened “a few years ago.”
Rinse, repeat.
Hope to god more people are getting radicalized by this.
Skimmed through r/sino comments and they seem pretty good.
r/sino can be quite chauvinistic at times bc its not an explicitly communist board unfortunately.
It would be best if we don’t crit one of the only few decent subs on that site okay.
There was a picture of a military dog in business class on one of the airliners getting out of Afghanistan and I’m pissing and shidding myself trying to find it
with several thousand troops there, they can’t secure the airfield so no one gets on the tarmac?
imperialist volunteer armies aren’t exactly known for their high morale or their people skills.
I think about this a lot, especially in the context of a Minecraft uprising against the US government. How the hell did people fight out there for 20 FUCKING years?
like, did they just do a really good job of brainwashing people? what were you even fighting for? it’s 120 degrees out and you have 150lbs of gear on, the money isn’t that good.
I would just fucking dip lmao :agony-shivering:
“sergeant, I want your team to prep the BTS meals. lieutenant kilgore, you’re on fries”
Does anyone have the picture of the Americans putting their dogs in business class and the picture of refugees being left behind
People were huddled onto the wheel bay doors and other exterior parts of planes. I don’t know how panicked you’d have to be to try something like that that would almost certainly kill you.
The airfield is a crowd of people. There’s no way to prevent people trying to stowaway or hop onto the exterior of the plane as it taxis and starts takeoff. I don’t know if the pilots even would be able to tell.
incredibly disturbing
