Google local unions around you in a field you might be interested in and call up the union hall and see what they require of you. You may need to get certified depending on the job, there is just all different requirements for the different fields. Or you can check online if one near you has resource available to read about how to apply. See if local unions have a Facebook page if you can’t find anything else, someone might be able to recommend good steps. Good luck
