The two other images aside from the backrooms is SCP things, the fleshy guy is the former page image for SCP-610. The other one is also a former image, this time for SCP-1875.

Not sure why either was changed from the classic images, maybe fair use shit idk a lot of stuff from SCP is internet people putting up randomly found images so maybe the creators got mad when found out.
