Thanks! It was a beast. And stalled hard for 8-10 hours. But I just kept adding coals and wood as needed.

Not to rub it in. I injected this fucker with apple juice, salt, and a touch of sugar.

I didn’t have to do anything to it when I pulled it. Seasoned perfect inside and out.
