just reading through this post now, but i imagine CalyxOS has some privacy + firewall features that help minimize data collection (like, you can turn off the internet for apps that don’t need it). but yea the apps you choose are pretty important

You can backup your files and if something goes wrong you can reinstall stock Android for whatever reason
