If you’re able to buy yourself a house (fully owned or a fairly short term mortgage) then you’ve basically eliminated the most expensive parts of living these days. You can definitely devote free time to building community and doing praxis.

Communism isn’t going to be implemented because one person became somewhat well off. You need to build community solidarity.

Live off the interest and devote your 40 hr work week to do mutual aid and community building. Hand out supplies and food daily to get to know your unhoused neighbors and distribute leftist pamphlets that encourage organizing.

If bank rates are thr same as I remember that much put in a vank account gets you roughly 70k a year in interest and you dont have to worry about it deleting like if you bought stock.

That would be enough to hire a real accountant to tell you how to protect and manage your asseslts correctly.

You can then live off profit as do as you will. Get jobs at big box stored and unionize them. Live of half that cash and put down payment on homes for people.
