There is LibriVox for out of copyright audiobooks with volunteer narrators. Check it out. If y’all do want to do this I’d still recommend depositing it there too.
Are you saying upload copwritten readings to Librivox? Would they allow that?
I’ve been thinking of getting into recording audiobooks for a while now, would be good to get coordinated.
I have access to a pretty good text to speech program that isn’t too robotic. I think it might let me download mp3 of sections. If anyone wants to suggest a chapter for me to try out and give feedback for I’d be happy to help.
