Legit this is an employer seeking a soulless automaton that can somehow also express inhuman happiness.
The scariest part is that this sign is just saying the quiet part loud.
Every employer wants exactly this from you: Work yourself to death for pitiful wages and pretend you like it. You’re a fucking serf.
I love that the company took the sign down after this blew up on twitter.
