Title basically. I quite literally have a Hank Hill ass. I will no longer live in fear with my lack of a rear. TODAY, comrades, is the day I begin the quest to have the biggest clapper on the planet.

inspired by this post by Mabbz, and two whole days early!

The plan: Every day is leg day, choosing workouts to Maximise Gluteal growth.

Todays mission: squat until failure. I will edit when finished!

If you are squatting with weights please be careful and don’t push yourself to the point of “failure.” This is how people get injured. Go until you feel like the next lift could lead to a compromised form at the very most. I have had amazing results doing what I can each lift day and working towards a goal of 4 sets of 10 then increasing weight and doing it all over. Also get a good pair of knee wraps. They make a world of difference.

not using weights yet, and by failure I mean failure to do it without proper form, so I’m being careful! I do plan on eventually using weights but the only ones I have access to right now are too heavy for me to squat without proper form. I’ll be real I haven’t heard of knee wraps though, any recommendations? I’m like already at Very high risk of knee problems developing due to the way my legs and feet developed as a baby, I wouldn’t wanna accelerate the process

Search “knee sleeves” or “knee sleeves for squats” in you browser search engine of choice. Basically thick nylon compression sleeves for you knees that help support your joints when you bend your leg. I have a pair of Nordic Fitness brand ones I picked up from a local sporting goods store a while back. If you do Amazon they have a bajillion brands but I try to avoid Amazon in general if I can.

As for weights how is you ability to do diy stuff? You can make a newbie barbell that only weighs like 8-10 lbs out of steel bar and PVC. Then training weights that weigh like 5 or so if you can’t lift a 45lb barbell, if you even have room for it that is. Making dumbbells isn’t too hard either. A couple empty gallon cans, some concrete, and some PVC and you can vary those weights from 15-35lbs depending on how much you fill them.
