That depends on the country lol, in Australia all you have to do to get condemnation and outcry from the right wing press and the Prime Minister is glue yourself to the road and stop traffic in the middle of a city. The Liberal’s were so riled up about vegans doing (almost entirely, some trespassing) peaceful protests they were talking about cutting off Centrelink^* payments to protesters.

This is true, tragic, and worth serious discussion. I’m just ill-equipped to be the one to talk about it. I’m not in a place where I have the mental fortitude to talk about the latest wave of protest and give it due justice.
