Why aren’t all the monarchs killed and still allowed to rule? How is this larping still allowed to go on?
There was an American founder or two who wanted to sail across the pond and start killing royals after the revolutionary war.
To be fair she is not actualy ruling anything anymore, she is just a literal figure head. I believe that she could intervene maybe once in the modern era, like she could have rejected Brexit, but that would surely end the monarchy, so in a sense they are allowed to exist as long as they don’t actually say anything that matters.
And I think most importantly they believe the whole tourism thing even though other countries like France are doing just fine without their monarchy.
Being fair isn’t making excuses for the last breath of the monarchy no matter how pathetic. Being fair is cutting off their wealth and redistributing their property
I wasn’t making any excuses though I’d be the first in line to behead them if I could if it isn’t obvious.
The person was just asking why they are allowed continue and like it or not those are the “excuses” Br*ts like to use that I’ve read about, some of them are true(she realy doesn’t much political power to rule directly anymore) some of them are just bullshit(wealth, taxes, tourism etc).
She is a corpse, and they are just going to refrigerate her and pretend she’s in a coma so she can still “rule”

That’s what capitalist wars for resources are though. They aren’t trying to have the resource, they’re trying to control who sells it and how.
