oat milk is good, and both oat and soy are pretty much equivalently good environment-wise too, better than almond (and waaaaaaaay better than cow in a whole host of ways)

im more team :soy-chill: but thats more a taste preference plus a bit more protein

oatly have these shitty ad campaigns diluting veganism for the sake of sales, and making it out as just some diet that you can do part-time, so id be inclined to buy pretty much any other oat milk instead if you can

Taste-wise, yes. I tried all the plant milks when I switched and boy did I dislike oat milk. It made my mouth feel like it was coated in sawdust. I prefer soy, almond, or cashew milk.

It turned me into a woman.
