I would either give medical school a try or I don’t know, I would really like to be involved in re-education, finding ways to de-chudify and de-libify people without bringing them to physical or emotional harm. Just helping people learn would be cool too. But obviously if the workers want me working in a mine, that’s fine with me as well.
Honestly get some therapy, ill do any job even shitty ones if I’m not the laughing stock of society, id argue most people would do shitty jobs if it didn’t mean being laughingstock as far as living standard.
- Take a break from working and catch up on how the new society will function.
- If there are any major labor gaps, even temporary, and I think I’m qualified I’ll apply for them.
- Otherwise, if everything is 100% perfect (lol) I guess I’d want to learn the ropes at a farm to table vegan restaurant part time and volunteer at an animal sanctuary/shelter if I have energy to spare.
I’d do just about anything as long as I was properly compensated and respected. I wouldn’t mind being a binman or a cashier or something mundane like that.
Aspirationally, either working in administration/bureaucracy, helping to run the country, or work as a cook or something
Prob keep at my current job (higher ed instructor), but without worrying constantly about making rent etc.
I want to get actual in-person help with my brain problems so I don’t just stare at a post all day due to maladaptive daydreaming and forget to do anything. A socialist society would force me to exercise my social muscles.
That sounds like adhd. You ever get screened for that? It useually responds well to treatment so if you are lucky that could be on the ensier end of thr spectrum to treat
I take 15 mg Adderall, it stops the anxiety attacks but does nothing for the more common focus issues. I asked my doctor to up the dose and he said no.
The tradional range for adult doseage goes more that twice that. 5-40mg is what I can find as the reasonable range most providers use. Does the doctor have any desire to provide another means to handle the issues or do they prefer you simple see what other providers your insurance covers.
Bonus question. You forget you took your meds and eat two? How does that feel?
