I am so sorry. I did not know the admins were so uneducated in chapo.chat etiquette as to actually comment “First”. I have spoken to them about this and they have sworn to never do it again. I am banishing them to a boarding school far, far away from the influence of douche bags and others who comment “First”. This boarding school will teach them proper Internet manners (such as “literally” don’t and always deleting your history) and hopefully reform them into a respectable human being. Unless you’re living in a heavily affected area and are in lockdown, I feel like meeting another person isn’t too bad. It’s a risk, but so is shopping and working. Meet outside, go for a walk, keep your distance and if it feels right, just do your thing. If you’re not dating 15 people a week, you’re fine. Your emotional needs need to be filled as well and you have to make that judgement yourself.
As for getting to know people in the first place… Online dating is your friend. Tinder isn’t great, but it works.
Question: do people who use online dating put their political views in their profiles or is that just weird? And I’ll probably have to wait a bit in my area to see. Depends. Lefties often do and are, surprisingly very vocal about their beliefs. A subtle “Fuck racism, fuck capitalism, ACAB” goes a long way. If you are looking for men as a woman, you’re gonna get a million likes on any app either way, so just look for people that fit you. I’m personally not opposed to dating some normie-liberals and get into prolonged discussions about economics and capitalism on my first date, so your results may vary.
Apps like OkCupid ask more deeply about your beliefs and you can filter pretty successfully for leftists.
