So Tucker Carlson's dad was previously the director of Voice of America, Radio Marti, and the US Information Agency (handles propaganda for the US gov/CIA)

For anyone not familiar with these terms, VoA and Radio Marti are US government (very closely tied to CIA) propaganda outlets, the latter being directed at Cuba. The USIA used to be the official arm of the US government that handles propaganda, until it was transferred over to the ~~BBG/USAGM~~ Broadcasting Board of Governors/US Agency for Global Media.

I was unaware of this connection before, so I thought I’d share it with you all.

EDIT: Would anyone else be interested in a research comm for stuff like this?
