It’s a sidescrolling crafting survival game where you play as a civilian in the middle of a civil war.
From my friend’s experience, it would be a lot of grabbing unhoused people. He said cops would tell him “you go grab this guy cuz if we do it we have to do paperwork.”
This is strange, but I would love a completely unironic game where you play as a medieval plague doctor. Do the thing that Caves of Qud does and have randomized treatments for different ailments, so that you can’t use real world knowledge and have to figure things out by hacking haphazardly at cadavers and experimenting on patients (while assuring them that you’re the expert and know what you’re doing).
Arma (modded) medic gameplay can be pretty fun honestly. Don’t think that’s quite what you’re looking for but being the harmacist is pretty cool
