I think it would be funny if Joker was just like, a good mayor, and the other shoe never drops, or he’s ousted by the cia or something and then goes back to jokering

It was a limited issue comic run set in an alternate universe where Joker reforms his life of crime and becomes an attorney. He uses his new legal mind to go after Batman for the millions in property damage he’s caused and the hundreds of people he’s crippled. Comics are very easy to find free online.
