What exactly is super clear about @AmericaDelendeEst getting banned for bringing up death wishes against me 5-6 times with 0 mod/admin response, 0 removal of comments, for “baiting drama,” while the user who wished death on me gets to be on some special Final Warning Watch status even after other vile and hateful shit they said to multiple others, and why should I not ban evade over it?
Where’s my special Final Warning status? No first warning, even. Woops, ban upheld, thanks even- handed mods who display no favoritism

Pretty sure the “ban evasion” policy was always intended to be that you’re allowed to come back but people shouldn’t know it’s you. Except in the case of chuds in which case it’s a piss off forever pls and fuck you.
Does it have a ban evasion policy? when the site started the policy was basically “even if we can tell the account is Clearly You again as long as you don’t break the rules on the new account you’re good.”
