On stormfront you’ll read in massive subs such as r/soccer that Paris has a pocket of safety surrounded by pure crime. They’ll say shit like, “I went to Vienna and Budapest and not once did I feel unsafe”
You ‘felt’ unsafe? Are you just shitting your pants everytime you encounter an Arab or someone with slightly more melanin content? Like, almost every city I’ve ever been to where people say it’s unsafe is just a place with more minorities and I’ve never once felt unsafe.
Edit: check out this thread
As someone who’s lived or spent extensive time in most of these cities, often in the “bad areas” there is not appreciably less crime in Budapest than, say, Hamburg.
“oh XYZ state is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous. But just make sure you don’t drive 5 miles south or else you’ll meet Klan members who’ll chase you and murder you”?
You know, actually helpful information but no, liberals refuse to challenge their fragile world view, all so I can live a lie and put my self in danger because of supposed friends
I like living in Chicago because the chuds are scared of it, and chuds targeting me is way higher of a concern to me than random crime.
American cities all feel like scary public restroom to me tbh. My first week living in a big city I witnessed a man dressed as pimp character beating a woman in the street. I’ve been to parties where people were shot and killed after I had left. I’ve been cornered and told that I needed to hit the crack pipe at a bbq. I was followed by a tweaker and mugged at knifepoint the same week my asian roommate was beaten by a bunch of kids. Some meth heads broke into my car, stole a bunch of burned CDs and gutted the dashboard. My neighbor saw them doing it and told me where to find them but I didn’t fuck with it. A few weeks later my neighbor was shot and killed in front of my apartment, he was some big time drug guy. Mostly the crime is around you unless you are involved in dealing drugs. Rural areas are also feeling less safe anyway, everyone has guns and road rage incidents are increasing.
Sure, there is a racial component to all of that if I want to explain it that way. Living around gang violence and higher than average crime rates really sucks. It also sucks for the majority of black, hispanic, and asian families who were also my neighbors.
NYC to white people is the white parts, and the black parts exist as surplus cheap housing supply and ethnic restaurants they can eat at. Everything else is white adjacent that can, at any moment, become black if they step out of line or resist the financial domination of their neighborhood.
