the contradictions heightening represent increased opportunity, not inevitability. “Socialism or Barbarism” is directed at liberals and socdems who think you can reform capitalism and avoid/undermine socialism.
Leftists should understand, however, that we’re currently living in barbarism and have been for a long time. We should know that dismantling systems of barbarism takes a lot of fucking work, it’s not something we can just sit back and be doomer/bloomer about.
