Anyone else seen Goncharov (1973)? It’s probably the best mafia movie ever made.
It’s honestly kino. Matteo JWHJ0715 understood the human soul with a depth few other filmmakers have reached, save perhaps Tarkovsky and Verhoeven.

I wish there was more focus on Katya and Sofia’s relationship, especially since it was set up as such a wonderful narrative foil to Goncharov and Andrey’s relationship
