For your faults and crimes against mankind, Mister President, you are probably one of the few presidents that I don’t have any reason to believe were involved in sexual misconduct/crimes.
I think the damage is already done on pets for the most part. My stupid goblin cat wouldn’t last a day outside on her own. We’ve bread some species/breeds in captivity for the traits we want for so long I’m not sure they have a place in the ecosystem outside of with us. I also think there might be something to say for symbiotic relationships between human and animal.
Definitely get rid of things like puppy mills though.
While humane treatment is a goal we should all strive for, straight up abolishing pets seems like it’s a little too far man.
You see subservience where I see symbiosis. Is giving them shelter, food and medical care really abuse?
What does that entail? Taking care of pets in sanctuaries and reducing their population over time? That’s the plan for farm animals, right?
