Got misty eyed reading this. Nothing worth saying just typing this on auto pilot. Evil is real. Murder is a reality, but this kind of targeted killing is practically normalized. The relative number of (mostly black) trans women murdered in the US every year alone according to statistics and the number of trans women(and just LGBTQ+ in general of course) that are homeless [in the US and Britain alone] mirror aspects of historical moments that reflect the worst things human beings are capable of.
