Neither, it’s pro getting people out of jail. That said, I am genuinely concerned that this lawyer is trying to set a precedent around fetal personhood that can be used for worse things.

I don’t really think this can set a precendent for anything worse, that the chudges weren’t already cool with. Like there’s so many ways that fetal personhood is inconsistent with any “regular” point of law that it would be comical if not for the fact that it’s monstrous.
