The origins of the pandemic are most likely a potential lab incident in Wuhan. Let me step back for a second. The FBI has folks — agents, professionals, analysts, virologists, microbiologists, etc. — who focus specifically on the dangers of biological threats, which include things like novel viruses like Covid. And the concerns that they’re in the wrong hands — some bad guys, a hostile nation-state a terrorist or criminal — the threats that those could pose.
So here you’re talking about a potential leak from a Chinese government-controlled lab that killed millions of Americans and that’s precisely what that capability was designed for. I should add that our work related to this continues. And there are not a whole lot of details I can share that aren’t classified. I will just make the observation that the Chinese government, it seems to me, has been doing its best to try to thwart and obfuscate the work that we’re doing.
It is so infuriating trying to talk to my friends about this stuff. If the FBI director is saying it, it’s essentially fact, and I’m out of my mind to believe the Chinese government.

You see the perfidious Chinese, overriding their fear of SARS after the 2002 outbreak, had created COVID and their top minds looked at it and said “Ah, yes, we predict that the vaunted freedoms of the Americans will mean that their government cannot respond to the pandemic like ours can, and thus America will be weakened on the global stage.” The fools. The absolute buffoons. Don’t they know that American Capital rules the world? Oh no, a virus killed our overpaid service workers, boo hoo, can’t get any more of those, right? Oh no, they can’t get staff for the poors’ hospitals, what, are we supposed to care about that? Oops, all the old poors with their social securities and their pension funds died. I really thought this was just a natural virus. All the medical textbooks prediticted an event like this would have to happen eventually. These kinds of things just happen naturally sometimes.
However with the US pushing so hard I am increasing convinced we made it for some stupid reason and some lab tech guy got it because we wouldn’t pay for good air filters in the clean labs and then refused to give him pto so he came to work sick with it.
