I think I know the answer but just checking…
I remember reading about a case where a black guy (with a history of crime, this’ll be relevant in a second) had his house raided by cops who went to the wrong house, or at least entered illegally and started firing on him. He fired back and killed one cop and eventually he made it to trial; the judge found that the cops had illegally entered and fired on him and that he had the legal right to defend himself and let him go. The news article I read about this made the victim out to be the bad guy citing the guy’s criminal history, saying the judge was wrong (and possibly accused the black judge of being racist?). It was hilarious; like what did the article writer want, that the black guy should’ve just died quietly? (of course I already know the answer)
It really depends on the circumstances, but it happens sometimes
Even pro-gun chuds go to prison for defensive gun use against illegal acts by cops.
(and it’s hilarious when it happens)
Legally yes. Actually no way in hell. Cop tries to kill you, you kill cop, then more cops kill you.
Like, yes, you can, but other cops will try to kill you (making it effectively illegal) and the legal system will be stacked against you.
