Oh for sure. To me, a red flag is something that, on its own, isn’t damning, but still sets off alarm bells of intuition based on past experience. Just that, but for people having a good sense of boundaries, respect, etc
Ok first of all are you American and living in the US? I’ll assume yes to both and based on that I’ll be honest with you and maybe this is a hot take but this community is so tone deaf at times and this is one of those times, you went to a therapist and you basically said “I hate the majority of people”.

I seriously don’t understand what were you expecting here, specially if you live in the US. If anything I’d be worried if she said “oh yes its good to feel anger, have you tried a stress ball to help you out?”.

1- You’re white.

She did the same thing as your person, said I should seek counsel regarding anger issues, and told me to maybe research what business owners go through
If they feel bad or work harder (as libs like to believe), they’re entitled to controlling the entire company, deciding on other people’s livelihoods and the direction in which the company develops 😌
