Yeah, I like the taste of MSG in recipes where I’d generally use seasoning salt. Honestly though, Lawry’s ingredients list looks more or less like what I tend to sprinkle on stuff, just with more sugar than I normally want

i once ate (drank??) a condiment cup full of lawrys’ at the bowling alley, after my sister dared me to upon hearing me exclaim ‘i could just eat this stuff by itself’ and seeing me dip my finger into aforementioned cup & licking it off.

had to go to the hospital and drink charcoal because who knew lawrys was 95% salt and a small cupful can kill a child :shrug-outta-hecks:

I once had a really big li hing mui and part of it was folded over and encased a whole bunch of the curing salt and 20 minutes later i just threw and was done throwing up

being a kid and realizing I could put it on popcorn was one of my first :galaxy-brain: moments. Haven’t thought about it in probably 10 years
