Also I consistently like mine sunny side up, but I don’t mind having the others once a year or few.

Egg whites scrambled and cooked until crisp. Yolks mixed with butter in the corner of the cooling pan, then combine on top of almost burnt toast. Add hot sauce and garlic
Kinda a cross between 2 and 3 but it’s really just a lazy way of doing eggs benny.
