truly the most important issues
Evil fuckers.
I was on google image search looking at this exact image 10 seconds before finding your comment. Was gonna post it here too
I’ve often told this story but hungry children is pure punishment for “unfit” parents per my FIL even though he was housing and food insecure in his own childhood.
American politicians are on a whole different level of evil. God damn. Even our Evangelicals push for Universal free lunch and most of them were brainwashed by American ones.
Yea surely this will help them win
This is cartoonist levels of evil, no one but extreme randians will see this and think “AWESOME!!!”
“Wow! I could save potentially as much as a dollar on my taxes??? HEL YEA BRÖTHER!!! FUCK THEM KIDS!”
I know I’m preaching to the choir here, but I would argue that school lunches would minimize tax waste. It’s not so much of an extra expense as it is a “making the tax dollars go even farther” issue:
- In New York state, the idea is becoming increasingly bipartisan
I’m willing to believe that maybe a slight majority of conservatives don’t support this, but less than 1% will actually be vocal about this or do anything aside from voting red no matter what’s said. Then 5 years later when their own children are starving and suffering, they’ll plead with their masters on twitter to no avail, then when some 90 year old democrat is elected in the future, the GOP will direct the anger over starving children to the president, and the democrats will just fact them with facts and logic and nothing will change.
Funny how they are always more than enthusiastic to maintain highly tax-dependent stroads, suburbs, and other financially burdening things in urbanism, like the high taxes to pay to build and maintain them, especially in comparison to how much wealth walkable cities generate never seems to other a randroid.
Then again, I suppose the love two types of toxins generated by both their ideology and car dependency: smog and smug.
