america is not a “third world” hellhole, it is an imperialist hellhole. It’s even more appalling than a “third world” hellhole because it manages to be this way in spite of extracting so much surplus value from the labor of the poorest countries through regimes of unequal exchange, high interest loans, imperialist domination, etc. Also, my god, the marginalization of prisoners (slaves), homeless, impoverished, indigenous, POC, LGBT, etc…
