c/tactics should be used more
Most people have All as the default view. If you want tactics to be noticed, post good tactics stuff there, and hope it gets upvoted.
it’s tough because tactics are kind of based on your local conditions and a wider strategy so there is only so much you can say about it on a general level. Still would be cool to see more resources posted there, I’ll try and find some and post it
