I watched it. It’s about usernames with Chinese characters not being moderated like usernames that use Cyrillic or Latin script because the developers aren’t putting enough resources into moderation.

My bad. I pretty much turn it off after the first part talk about how the user name usually is “in the western world”, assuming it would be the same talking point I’ve seen so many gods damn times throughout the community.
…and that’s what happened when you judge a book by its cover.
