How to limit time spent online?

I work from home and while I don’t need to be on the computer, I need to be ready at any time (during work hours) to jump on and make calls (contact tracing job). Between this, Zoom classes, and hw (online textbooks), it feels like I live in front of the computer. I’m online too much anyway, so when I have free time I scroll a lot too.

I go to the gym, go on walks, etc., but I’m talking about when I’m home. I don’t want to melt into my couch all day fuck
