Making use of the scraps.

12 points

Every time I try, I don’t think I have enough, so it goes into a bag to hopefully join more scraps. When I go back to it, it’s all gross smelly slime, and I have to throw it out, wasting a bag in the process.

So I compost instead.

Yeah, but then it takes up freezer space. And I think I have food, when it turns out it’s all chicken bones, pork skin, artichoke spikes, etc.

Can you freeze it or does that not work with veggie stock?

Tastiest shit ever. I accumulate all my veg scraps in the freezer until I have a nice mountain to work into the slow cooker
