How do you clean those heart rate monitor stripes that wrap around your chest?
Do you keep them dirty at all times? 🤣
Or is it a well kept secret of sport entusiasts? 🙁

I was woried the wires inside the stripe might break if put into the washing machine. Maybe inside one of those porous bags… I think I’ll just do what @ryo@lemmy.eco.br does. Thanks.

I clean them at the shower every time I use it, just a little soap and then rinse it. The removable core also gets that but then it gets dried with a towel while the strap is left hanging.
