Looks like buttholes with watermelon-topped eggs. It’s absolutely the lighting and the camera, not your cooking or plating that makes it look like that.

10/10, would definitely try the butthole watermelon eggs.

If you’re cool with vegan cheese, the recipe for chilaquiles is start scrambling eggs, break in some tortilla chips, mix in a lot of salsa or picante sauce as the eggs are finishing, top with cheese. Eat from a plate with some crisped diced potatoes or in tortillas. Warning: highly addictive and looks very sloppy.
