I went running this week and there was a 5k race on the path that I was running. So at some point I ran alongside people that were in that race. This made me realize that I’ve reached a point where I could easily finish a 5k race. So I’ll be on the lookout and apply for a race as soon as I find one near me!

Been doing a deep clean of the apartment. Also slowly making progress on fixing my fucked sleep schedule.
Yay sleep! Is it anything special you can reward yourself with? When I was trying to fix mines I would reward myself by walking to the cheap cafe and buying a coffee if I woke up by a certain time. I really liked to be there so it motivated me to start waking up earlier.
Even though my eventual goal was to stretch in the morning and bike to work, it was just the getting up earlier part that I had to cement first.
