“Watch the Irishman Suffer” is practically it’s own genre of Star Trek episode. Chief O’Brien needs a break, he’s just a regular dude who has witnessed his own death too many times.

Even Keiko gets fed up with O’Brien. She yells at him all the time and then straight-up leaves for months at a time.

She definitely used that terminology to describe Dukat and commented loudly on how weirdly horny he was for Kiera as much as possible in his presence.

Garak definitely encouraged her to do that last one. He knows a delightful agent of chaos when he sees it.
