I’ve started doing those one pan egg sandwiches with chorizo or whatever sausage (cut up bacon works as well) I have on hand, green onions, and whatever cheese I have handy. The red yellow green works really well for color, the savory french toast is an amazing texture, and the cheese stretch is really good. Season the eggs with salt, white pepper, and mushroom powder.
Recently started putting Quinoa Tabbouleh salad, chili red pepper hummus and sauerkraut on a dark multigrain. Shit slaps.
Avocado is good on its own, you don’t have to make it into a crema. Also, I had a breakfast sandwich from some local coffee shop recently and they put mayonnaise on it which was disgusting.
