Boss asks us to think up project work for us to do.
Why would I want to think up more work for myself?
It’s because the boss has no idea what to do, so it’s on you now. And if you can’t think of something, then you’re not doing your job (in boss’s eyes).
So I’ve got this project planned where I do nothing for a bit, and then I feel a bit better. Also I make sure to take bathroom breaks on the clock.
I wish I was rich. Not even to buy status symbol bullshit or luxuries. I’d sort basic needs for myself and my pet, get in a more stable position from scrambling for survival and then help others. Fucking fund food relief, accommodation, DV resources and animal shelters.
The conditions that have been created through greed are shameful in an affluent first world country (and unfortunately I’m not currently able to do much)
So… still watching Alone S02. Wow, that Larry character… I‘ve read some comments regarding editing… blah, blah, but he just comes across terribly… Oh well, only on E08 so still some time to go.
In other gripes, I’ve had one of those everything happens threes… Can’t remember what the first one was, but last week I dropped my headphones on the ground after forgetting I wrapped them in my jumper (scratched up but still functioning fine), then I had the mother of all GYAHS, I picked up the dust buster and knocked the intercom handset off the wall which bounced onto the bench top and hit my glass of coffee and knocked it onto my iPad keyboard. Keyboard still works fine but smells like coffee… 😭 Lately, I just cannot…
Anyhoo, going to turn in soon, I have just felt so bone weary today, that’s been something else. Surprised I’m still standing tbh. Sleep tight DT! ✨
Some guy is yelling “fuck” and sounds really angry, and I’m just up on my balcony having a good giggle heheh
